Aimeri Ft. Slow Shudder – Right Now

Aimeri Slow Shudder

Russian producer, Aimeri, teams up with one of my favorite producer/singer/songwriter right now, Slow Shudder, on their new track, Right Now, released on Future Bass Records. Harmonically, everything just fits with this one. Every time I hear Slow Shudder’s voice, I fall into a dreamscape, and the production behind her voice contrasts beautifully with a similar ethereal vibe.

There is a big future bass resolve; however, it’s not overwhelming with heavy percussion/side chaining. The entire narrative is smooth even with the big synths during the chorus. The anticipation is serene and the synths have abundant space to breath and live on their own. Future bass like this helps me have a cinematic listening experience. It’s a bigger than life production that celebrates BIG melodies and subtle ambient nuances.

If you follow this blog consistently, you’ll know I’m a fan of three things: bass, vocals, and melody. With Slow Shudder’s unique voice and the melodic bass composition, I didn’t hesitate to write about this one.
