Bijou Interview at Electric Zoo

Bijou electric Zoo interview-min

Bijou is a G-House DJ/Producer from Phoenix, Arizona, who played on Jauz’ Off the Deep End stage yesterday at Electric Zoo. G-House is a blend of hip-hop elements, dark bass, and classic house vibes that is gaining popularity in the dance music space. Bijou’s reputation and sound really began to take stride from his collaboration with Dr. Fresch, Hello, posted below the interview. The young producer has had releases on notable labels such as Night Bass, Fool’s Gold, and Prep School Recordings.

He’s received support from big acts such as AC Slater, Destructo, Don Diablo, Drezo, Malaa, Party Favor, and Wax Motif.

I had the pleasure of interviewing Bijou below. We talked about G-House, east coast vs. west coast, and how he prepares for a set like Electric Zoo.

rBeatz IS music discovery radio, so I had to go ahead and also post Bijou’s newest single DIP, a collaboration with Joel Fletcher, for your listening pleasure. Watch out for G-House in the future. It’s a new and unique genre that certainly has a hype element to it.
