Yeah I know… the movie Black Panther is the hottest thing since Spring Break. Making that film extremely powerful as well as present is the sound track. Marvel knew exactly what it would do not only to movie goers but those checking out hot music connections like rBeatzRadio and OUIGlobalRadio. The reaction? Kendrick Lemar and company have pushed their way onto Billboard’s album charts.
Black Panther the Album Music from and Inspired by is a collection of some of today’s best in hip-hop. The lineup is crazy with Kendrick leading the way, and features from SZA, ScHoolboy Q, 2 Chainz, Khalid, Swae Lee, Vince Staples, Jorja Smith, Travis Scott, Anderson .Paak, James Blake, Future and more!
Seriously when was the last time a movie soundtrack put a dent on what we collect? What makes this collection of sounds so attractive? It could be the journey required to make it possible. The score was put into place by Ludwig Göransson who worked with African percussionists, a 40 person choir and 132 piece western classical orchestra. Göransson openly admits he traveled to Africa to research and record with musicians that totally blew away his mind with lessons he’ll preserve forever.
