ÉPHONA – I was born to fly

ÉPHONA i was born to fly

This song almost made my cry. ÉPHONA has a voice of an angel, which is fitting for the song title, I was born to fly. I’m not going to lie, I found this song on HillyDilly. Chad is crushin it over there.

This, of course, is not an original, but a completely different rendition of The xx’s Angels. There’s that word again. Spanish vocalist, ÉPHONA, gave the song a completely different take. The lyrics are a cry for freedom. The plight of an artist is to be free and have the option to fly.

Chad also mentioned this rendition is about a year old. I usually NEVER post music that is older than 1 month, but I made an exception here. Discovering older jems is certainly a thing, and I’ve stumbled across one here. Chad hopes this will spark ÉPHONA to get back on the horse and fly again. I’m also hoping she does the same.

This song is perfect for crying, sobbing, meditating, dreaming, flying, running, jumping, swimming, reaching for the stars, and any slow motion Instagram video of people succeeding.
