FELIX CARTAL – Walking By (feat. Iselin)

Felix Cartal releases his single, Walking By, featuring Iselin. Listening to this helps me realize that summer is around the corner. For me, at least, in New York City. Iselin’s voice reminds me a bit of Ariana Grande’s. It sounds innocent and raw, giving the entire track a lighthearted, uplifting feel. Felix’s production behind the vocals contains a fluttering guitar, lush chords, casual drums, and dreamy melodies. The harmony creates a tropical environment, perfect for your next beach vacation or summer romance.

On Instagram, Felix describes…

“This song is about that moment when you see someone in the street, and imagine how well you two could get along, even though you’ve never met before. And then just like that, they’re gone forever.”

Walking By is and his previous single, Runaway, are both off Felix Cartal’s forthcoming album, Next Season, set to drop in May. Click HERE to watch the lyric video.

The Canadian tropical deep house producer crushed it in 2017. He was even promoted in Billboard’s 13 Dance Artists Who Dominated 2017 with 75 million streams on his Spotify channel. He gained nominations at the Canadian Juno Awards for Dance Recording of the Year, for his single, Get What You Give, and Producer of the Year. He also has a new residency starting April 8th at Drai’s Beach Club in Las Vegas.
