The lineup is stacked this year with headliners such as Nero, Kaskade, Zhu, Porter Robinson, Hardwell, Herobust, Deorro, Datsik, Excision, Louis The Child and many, many, many, many more acts spanning genres such as dubstep, trap, bass, grime, electro-house, house, deep house, and all those genres that get your energy WAY up. The event is produced by Global Dance and AEG Live and started in 2002. In the past, the festival was at the infamously beautiful Red Rocks Amphitheater. This year, for its 15th year anniversary, the festival is taking place at Sports Authority Field at Mile High Stadium, giving the festival much more room to work with.

There will be 4 different stages: Global Summit, Northern Lights, Global Submit, and the Amazon Silent Disco Stage (playing 3 acts at a time). Each area of the festival will contain will transport festival goers to a unique landscape from a remote place around the world.

Aside from the music, attendees will also be able to indulge in the ARCAVE (an indoor arcade), the GEYSER UNDERPASS (a place to cool off and get wet), DRAGONFLY ART PARK (curated art instillations), carnival rides, and the tasty FOOD TRUCK LANE with your favorite Denver-based food trucks.

Global Dance Festival also announced Global Week, starting today (7/20) and ending on Sunday, July 23rd. The week will include pre-parties, after-parties, and recovery parties at some of the top venues in Denver, including Beta Nightclub, The Church Nightclub, Club Vinyl, NAVIV Hotel, Prive at Dorchester and Viewhouse Eatery, Bar & Rooftop.

After leading the company to grow past profitability as a leading account manager, Chris set his sights on his passion: music.
