Jarami – Hear This

Jarami hear this

Swedish production duo, Jarami, recently reviled the video for their new single Hear This, an uptempo electro-pop song with a lot of hop and psychedelic funk guitar. Hear This is the first track on their forthcoming EP, Sketches II. The music video showcases a troupe of young female dancers crushing a pop style dance routine. Each dancer is emotionless in the face, and adding to the supernatural feel, they float in the air from time to time. Dancing aliens come to mind, and the routine is so good!

The psychedelic funk guitar blends seamlessly with the children’s choir, giving the composition a unique mix of old vs. new. Both the music video and audio production/instrument arrangement blew me away on first listen. Hear This comes after a successful debut EP release and tour dates. Their debut EP was entitled Sketcheshence the name of their second EP, Sketches II.

This summer, they played at the Way Out West festival in Sweden, played with Disclosure at Ibiza’s infamous DC10, and collaborated with Frank Ocean on his recent singles Lens, Biking and Chanel.
