Landis – Crewella De Ville

Landis Crewella De Ville

Horns on electro-house tracks are my weakness, and Landis is a main culprit. Genius sampling from the Cruella De Vil original song. Crewella De Ville is Landis’ first release off of his upcoming album, Fresh Squeeze. The DJ and producer from Miami, Landis continues to crush it. In a genre where many have thought is played-out, Landis is able to stray from the pack and create unique melodies and engaging harmonies. His previous single,  NANG NANG, also used horns.

Landis has been around the Miami house scene his entire life, working with major acts such as Chuckie, Borgeous, TJR, and Henry Fong. You can really hear that Miami house vibe in all his tracks: upbeat, with a touch of tropical flare. His electro-house tracks have a sunny/uplifting element to them.

Whenever I see a Landis track in my queue, I know I won’t be disappointed.  He has performed at some of the nations largest venues including EDC Vegas, EDC Orlando, Pacha NYC and Ruby Skye. His influences include Hardwell, Sick Individuals, TJR, Gesaffelstein, Nicky Romero, Porter Robinson, and Steve Angello.
