MitiS – ‘Til The End

mitiS album

MitiS releases his debut album ‘Til The End off Seeking Blue & Born Records, an evolution of Mr. Suicide Sheep. The entire album is filled with lush chords, brilliant piano melodies, and bright synths to pull the listeners heartstrings. The album was a perfect listen on this overcast, Tuesday in New York City. The songs were big enough to amp me up and mellow enough to relax my soul. The three singles already released were By My Side, Away, and Moments. That means 8 new songs from classical pianist from Pennsylvania.

The album is a story of the trials and tribulations of a producer who started from nothing on his hard-drive. As a producer, I don’t know what I’d do if I lost all my sample packs, sounds, melodies, and projects. MitiS was able to find solace within, and build this album with a blank hard drive.

What blew me away from this album was the attention to detail with sound design, melody structure, and harmony. The album, thus, almost has a spiritual sensation, really creating a special experience for the producer’s debut album.

MitiS sent a quote along  about the what ‘Til The End means to him…

Everything. It’s allowed me to pour out my soul in a healthy way. It’s allowed me to grow as a person and live the dreams I’ve always dreamt growing up. I can speak how I feel in music, and have fans from all over, which we can’t communicate with a verbal language, but understand each other through a song.”

Joseph Torre aka MitiS is a live performer, using both his skills in production chopping and piano playing. On his purpose, Joseph says…

“I just want to share good music, have it be through performance or a small, simple social setting. Music is what I do, I wouldn’t change that for anything. Have it be a Chopin piece playing in a hall, or a dirty bass kickin the club’s ass, I’m down for either.”

MitiS is currently on tour, so if you enjoy the album below…
