The Paper Kites – Bloom (Teddy Beats Edit)

teddy beats

Teddy Beats releases an edit of The Paper Kites’ Bloom. The deep house edit is certainly one I’ll keep in my outdoor party playlist. I’m a sucker for whistling over a house beat. Then when you add an acoustic guitar, my mind flutters. There’s an authentic vibe with a modern take. The entire harmony of the track is refreshing, and I won’t be able to get that whistling and guitar melody out of my head for a while.

The original has a really soft drum. Teddy brought that four on the floor house rhythm into the spotlight, which I thought was a perfect edition to the original. Chill doesn’t even begin to describe how I feel about this song. Everything about this song relaxes me and pumps me up at the same time. That’s the chill deep house catch 22. I could totally hear this on a FIFA soundtrack.

Teddy Beats is a producer for Armada’s deep house imprint, The Bearded Man (a favorite of mine). Listen to Teddy Beats edit of Bloom by The Paper Kites below.
