Tim Legend – Telescope feat. Transviolet

Tim Legend telescope

Ooof! This one gave me the heebie-jeebies on the chorus. South Carolina-based producer, Tim Legend, collabs with vocalist Transviolet to bring the indie-electro-pop track that is Telescope. The ambient guitar that leads to the vocals paired with the piano riffs really peaked my interest: all melodies I could jive with. The anticipation was simple, leading up to a chorus that kept the piano riffs and added a kick, snare, vocal chops, and background horns. I felt the swing of the instruments were unique, all flowing effortlessly and naturally like ocean waves. This is certainly a feel good song that will put a smile on your face.

Tim Legend’s most popular song, Hope, came late in 2016, amassing over 50 million streams on Spotify. The song was released by Ultra Records. I’ve posted the song below if you’re unfamiliar. Tim is known for his uplifting chill tracks. Nom.

Transviolet is an LA-based four-piece band lead by vocalist, Sarah McTaggart. They are known for their ethereal, velvet electro-pop sound. The other three in the band are Judah McCarthy, Michael Panek and Jon Garcia.
