Vicetone – Fix You

Vicetone Fix You

Happy Funky Fridays! Vicetone just dropped a new single called, Fix You, off Spinnin’ Records. The funk is REAL on this one. With soulful falsettos, groovy bass lines, bluesy guitar, and uplifting melodies this song screams Friday night. This is a dance ANTHEM from the duo from the Netherlands.  The song is perfect for getting down on the weekends, pregames, boat parties on the beach or beach parties on a boat, beach parties on the sand, small gatherings, festivals on the moon or planet earth, walking around with headphones while you pretend you’re in a music video, or any Instagram shuffling video.

Fix You is a song for the summer, with elements of progressive house, electro funk, tropical house, and pop.

Vicetone is made up of Ruben and Victor. They sent a quote along with the song…

“We teamed up with ‘Kyd the band’ in the studio and started from scratch. The whole song was created in that session – both the vocal and the beat. It’s not often that a whole song instantly comes out of a session like that and doesn’t change that much over the course of time. We loved working with them and all of us are very excited for this track!”

Vicetone are vets in the game, touting over 300 million streams on Spotify. They’ve done official remixes for Bob Marley, Dua Lipa, and The Weeknd. Their track, Follow Me, became the official anthem for Ultra Music Festival. I’m pumped to hear what Vicetone has in store for 2018.
