Edward Crowther
Somewhere in the mix of hard rock, indie rock, pop punk, and folk, you’ll find Edward Crowther’s sound and style. Edward is an original hard rock guitarist and fully independent artist currently residing in Charlotte, NC. He launched his solo career in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, shortly after the end of his first official band, Burban, which started his music career back in 2016. Since the launch of his solo career, Edward has released six singles, which has included notable hits such as ‘California Cruisin’,’ ‘High School Fever,’ ‘Mystery,’ ‘Snake Groove,’ and others. Edward’s platform as an artist is rather unique in that he sits as the ultimate visionary for all his music. He writes most, if not all of the drum, bass, guitar, and vocal/lyric parts for his songs. However, primarily being a guitarist, he does not sing on most of his tracks or live, with the exception of his song ‘Twenty.’ Instead, he enlists the help of different vocalist to help piece together his sonic visions. With his sound being mostly driven by his iconic and recognizable guitar tone and playing, Edward’s music offers listeners a uniquely familiar sound while still bringing something new, spanning multiple genres of rock and offering listeners a chance to experience an artist destined to make his mark in the rock world
