lordkeyz is an uber-cool artist with undeniable talent and a striking aesthetic. On “Boogie (Get Down),” an understated rhythm puts you deep in the pocket while she sings of love and romance. This song grooves slow but hard from beginning to end as the artist lays down poignant lyrics and emotive neo-soul vocals. “Aweh” has a similar sense of momentum and purpose, but this time it’s all about yearning.
