For most of his young life, Marcin Patrzałek has had a guitar by his side. Aged 10 years old, when most young guitarists are plucking their way through “Mary Had a Little Lamb” or something like that, Marcin was studying classical styles under his teacher Jerzy Pikor, followed by a crash course in the flamenco technique from Carlos Pinana. By the time he was 13, he was developing his own percussive fingerstyle playing style. Something big was right around the corner.
