1 Loser by The Bleeps

The Bleeps - Loser

The Bleeps is a passionate punk band emerging from NoDa — a beloved arts hub and integral part of the Charlotte scene. Their latest track, “Loser,” was released earlier in 2025 on Rivergate Records as the title track of their debut studio album. This track is fun and raw, with Dickey Bleep, Johnny Bleep, and Andy Bleep presenting a fresh new take on Southern punk rock.

2 Finish Line by Levi DaRosa

Levi DaRosa - Finish Line

“Finish Line” is a great new R&B song by Levi DaRosa. This track moves with purpose and envelops you with a wonderful sense of soul.

“Finish Line” is the lead, self-titled single from the artist’s recent album, and it was also used in the McLaren x Levi DaRosa Artura 2025 campaign. This track was produced by David Rodriguez Tajada and Jesse Evens, with Jason Jet on mastering duties.

3 Randy by Edan Aldridge

Edan Aldridge - Randy

This new country-infused track by Edan Aldridge feels like home. With his intimate guitar playing and friendly vocals, this young artist makes music well beyond his years. “Randy” feels like it emerged naturally from the local environment, carrying beloved music traditions forward with clear intentions and authentic delivery.

4 Stablized by GogoPilot

GogoPilot - Stabilized

“Stabilized” by GogoPilot is a funky little pop jam about the joys and dangers of medication. With jangly guitar lines and indie rock vibes, it delivers a fun take on tough life stresses and sweet sugar fixes. Earlier this year, GogoPilot performed this song live during concerts with Death of August, Celeste, and RP Allen.

5 Wish You Were Here by Flagship

Flagship - Wish You Were Here

Flagship released this great track earlier in 2025 as part of their studio album Exit Row, Pt. One. This is a novel take on “Wish You Were Here” by Pink Floyd — only this time, it’s moodier and more restrained. This track is released on BlackBush Records, and it showcases the emerging Flagship sound.

6 Youre There by Drew Nathan

Drew Nathan - You're There

Drew Nathan writes soft, sentimental country music with a real sense of soul. On his recent release, “You’re There,” he sings of distant love, strained communication, and the healing potential of patience. This is a great track for long drives and fireside chats, with production and engineering duties performed by Mike Parker.

7 Carolina Summer Blues by Carrie Ann

Carrie Ann - Carolina Summer Blues

This wonderful blues track showcases Carrie Ann’s musical talents in their full glory. “Carolina Summer Blues” has a real vulnerability and musical presence. The fabulous vocals and songwriting of the artist rise to the surface over an effective backing of guitar, drums, and harmonica.

11 Strange Majik Queen Of The Night

Strange Majik - Queen Of The Night

“Queen Of The Night” is one of the singles from Addicted, the much-anticipated 2025 album by Strange Majik. This track is pure fire, with ’80s soul vibes merging perfectly with contemporary production techniques and mysterious lyrics. This song was produced by the artist himself, who also owns the Bang Bang Boogaloo record label.

12 Walking On Rivers Waste the Night

Walking On Rivers - Waste the Night

This new track by Walking On Rivers is floaty and dreamy in all the right ways. It feels like a quiet escape under city lights, with soft synth grooves and funk-inspired bass leaving a real presence. Sven Ludwig is the producer of this track, with Jochen Naaf credited with mixing duties.

13 Faouzia UNETHICAL

Faouzia - UNETHICAL

“UNETHICAL” is an emotionally charged ballad by the emerging artist Faouzia. This is a soft, intimate, and rather beautiful song about a subject all too familiar — the anguish of toxic relationships. The vocals are angelic and inspired, and the lyrics sum up a relationship with a narcissist to perfection.

14 Jonah Kagen You Again The Reaper

Jonah Kagen - You Again & The Reaper

Indie folk/pop artist Jonah Kagen combines grounded vocals with heartfelt lyrics and gentle guitar work. “You Again” and “The Reaper” are two tracks from his debut album, Sunflowers and Leather. “You Again” is about ghosts of past love, the feelings you can’t get away from no matter how hard you try. Jonah Kagen calls it “the most honest song I’ve ever written,” and who are we to disagree?

On “The Reaper,” Kagen also writes about emotions. This time around, however, it’s those feelings that smack you around and leave you gasping for air. Both of these tracks were produced by the artist alongside Ryan Hewitt and Dale Becker. While each track is unique, they can both be heard as frustrated battle cries.

15 Booshle G. Kumbaya ROQ

Booshle G. - Kumbaya

“Kumbaya” by Booshle G. is a soulful acoustic song about reliance and vulnerability. This lovely track evokes strong feelings with powerful lyrics and a memorable melody.
