About Me – Jenni Byrd
President of The Byrd Group, Jenni is an accomplished international speaker, transformational coach, and expert of the Next Level Achievement™ system. With more than 17 years of corporate leadership experience and an MBA in International Business, she blends proven strategy with mindset mastery to help individuals and organizations lead with clarity, intention, and impact. A certified hypnotherapist and breathwork facilitator, Jenni brings a whole-human approach to growth — combining neuroscience-aligned practices, conscious leadership, and practical accountability to help clients break through limitations and create meaningful, sustainable success. Before joining The Byrd Group, Jenni spent 13+ years at Duke Energy, where she served as Director of Customer Experience and Marketing and completed the Duke Energy/UNC Chapel Hill Strategic Leadership Program and the Charlotte Leadership Program. Earlier in her career, she held leadership and project management roles at Tegrasis Technology Corporation, Sealand Service, Inc., and PMSC in Germany. Jenni grew up in Waco, Texas, and graduated magna cum laude from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Management before earning her Master of International Business Studies. She was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, Mortar Board, and Omicron Delta Kappa, later serving on the USC Board of Visitors and the Darla Moore School of Business Board of Advisors. Today, Jenni lives in Charlotte with her husband, Rob, and has two daughters. She remains focused on inspiring others to live mindfully, think proactively, and dream big!
