About Me – Adina Rey
Adina Rey has been a singer since she was four years of age as well as a songwriter since eleven years of age. There has been a myriad of obstacles that have kept Adina from living out her dreams of a musical life. She has been physically ill throughout her entire life. Several years ago, she was given a debilitating medication that took her ability to speak for over a year, one which almost ended her life. In overcoming this, Adina pushed herself to learn to speak and sing again from the ground up. This EP is a portrait of her struggles, life experiences, and the ability to overcome great odds… to find forgiveness in the hardest of ways. Adina met singer/songwriter and producer Drake Margolnick. He saw in her a quality and character that he could help develop into a thriving artist. This self-titled EP is a first step in that direction. They labored over these songs with strong conviction and purpose and belief that this music will enrich its listeners’ lives.
