What happens when a business-savvy woman follows her intuition and opens a holistic wellness center in the middle of a global shutdown?
In this episode of Oui Talk Raw, we sit down with Kristen Phillips, founder of Soul Wellness in Lake Norman — a one-stop sanctuary for holistic modalities ranging from nutrition, massage and energy work to integrative medicine. Kristen isn’t a healer herself; she’s the grounded mama bear of the center, with a background in business and marketing. She shares how she created a thriving community for holistic practitioners by following her alignment — even when it didn’t make sense on paper.
We talk about the power of purpose, how “woo” work is serious business, and why healing shouldn’t come at the expense of sustainability. Kristen pulls back the curtain on what it takes to support an holistic, healing ecosystem while staying rooted in strategy, structure, and support.
