Mario Yñiguez (he/him) is a songwright, composer, multi-instrumentalist, director, and creator. He is known for his versatility across genres, sincere craftsmanship and a conceptually holistic approach to creation. The genre-defying musical force blending indie, classical, and canyon soul into a sound all his own. Phoenix-based musician, Mario Yñiguez is the mastermind behind “baroque canyon pop” and a key member of the acclaimed psychedelic rock fusion band Harrison Fjord. From sharing the stage with Hamilton star Paul Oakley Stovall to mentoring the next generation at Arizona State University, Mario is reimagining what it means to be a modern creative.
