About Me – Paul Lover
Hailing from Northern Michigan, Paul Lover started playing guitar as a child with support from his fourth grade teacher. He quickly transitioned to songwriting and composition by his teens. His lyrical content comprises everything from first loves and record store nostalgia to themes of parenthood and dream chasing.
A Charlottean for nearly 30 years, Paul frequently plays and attends shows, which has allowed him to cultivate strong relationships with the city’s songwriting community.
Paul released his debut album Time Machine Radio in May, Featuring 10 original songs, recorded with Eric Lovell at Blu Bubble Studios.
In 2021 Paul created Paul Lover’s Influences & Originals, a night highlighting other musicians and their stories of who inspired them to get into music. It is a once a month must see in the Charlotte area!
