Matt and Kim – Happy if you’re Happy

Matt and kim happy

Sometimes it’s hard to tell what Matt & Kim love to do more, make music or interact with their ravenous fans. But it’s never hard to tell what they love to do most, which is make music together and nothing has highlighted that adorable fact about pop music’s most adorable couple quite like their new tune Happy If You’re Happy.

The song is quick listen coming in at under two-minutes long but it says just about everything they needed it to. That Matt Johnson and Kim Schifino are only truly happy when the other is happy. However, something tells me that they can extend that sentiment to their fans as well.

Happy If You’re Happy is a song I should have written years ago.  It’s about how Kim is the best thing that ever happened to me. I’m sorry it took so long,” said Johnson about his acapella ode to proverbial partner in crime.

To go along with their new track and music video the uber-happy two-piece also announced that pre-orders are now available for their upcoming LP Almost Everyday which is due out May, 4. Today also marks the beginning of Matt & Kim’s first tour since Schifino’s unfortunate accident and ensuing surgery last summer. The kick off show is going down in Sayreville, New Jersey at the Starland Ballroom
